How do I request tickets?

Readers who have reached 750 points in the Maricopa County Reads Summer Reading Program can request tickets using the form linked from an in-game message they receive. Within three to five business days, readers will receive an email with further instructions on how to claim their tickets.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be provided digitally in a Phoenix Mercury ticket account connected to the email address provided. Access your tickets in the Phoenix Suns-Phoenix Mercury Footprint Center app or at https://am.ticketmaster.com/mercury/. Click “sign in” and log in or create an account with the email address you used above and your tickets should be available in your account.

I have multiple readers in my household. What should I do?

Indicate that you are claiming tickets on behalf of multiple readers and list their names when prompted. The appropriate number of tickets will be uploaded to your account when the request is processed. Please note that multiple submissions under the same email address will not be accepted. If you are submitting an additional request for another reader, please use another email address or email reading@phoenixmercury.com with updates.

How do I select my game date?

Once readers have requested tickets, they will be contacted by email within 3-5 business days with further instructions about how to redeem the tickets they have earned for the game(s) of their choice.

When I am requesting tickets what does the Unit Code field mean?

This is where you will enter your email address, your free tickets are tied to the email address you provided in the request form.

Do I have to use all my tickets at once?

No, you can spread out the use of your family’s earned tickets across multiple games if you wish.

I need additional tickets to accommodate my family. What can I do?

Readers will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets during the redemption process.

I need transportation. What can I do?

In partnership with Valley Metro’s light rail, Footprint Center and the Phoenix Mercury have established the “RailRide” program, which allows guests who purchase a ticket to an event at Footprint Center to ride Valley Metro’s light rail at no additional cost, on the day of the event. Through RailRide, Valley Metro will recognize Footprint Center event tickets as valid light rail fare on the day of the event for four hours prior to the start of the event, through the end of the transit day.
