Little learners will explore science the dinosaur way! Through hands-on STEAM activities, children will dig for fossils, examine rocks and minerals, sculpt dinosaurs with Play-Doh, create prehistoric crafts, and practice counting and sorting with dino-themed math fun.
Children ages 2 to 5 participate in fun and simple educational activities that introduce them to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This program is designed to encourage curiosity as well as develop motor skills, social skills, and confidence. As a child’s first and best teacher, caregivers are encouraged to join in the fun and discovery!
STEAM Jr. meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
This program is supported by Friends of Chandler Public Library.
