Artistry Workshop: Learning the Works with Shari Keith

A unique event of innovation, arts, and DIY; attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various tools and techniques from AZ Commission of the Arts roster artist Shari Keith—known broadly as The Junk Lady—demonstrating how to repurpose all manner of would-be recyclables and other ephemera into works of art. The workshop will feature several "stations," where users will be able to sample the newly learned techniques firsthand. Registration is required. This program is made possible via the use of LSTA grant funds sponsoring the recently debuted Library of Things (LOT) collection at the Glendale Public Library Main branch. Tools and equipment utilized in this event will be available for checkout from the LOT
