Join us at the library for holiday cookie decorating with Chandler's own Fire Captain, Tom Fooshee. Captain Fooshee learned how to make cookies right here in Chandler, and his passion has blossomed into a baking business. As an innovative and skilled baker, he has also been a past contestant on Magnolias "Silos Baking Competition!" Captain Fooshee is sure to ignite your passion for baking.
Program participants will be shown how to decorate cookies using the techniques of border and flood icing. Participants will learn how icing is made, and they will have a recipe they can use in the future. By the end of the program, everyone will take a handful of cookies home with them that they have decorated. Come experience a new baking adventure!
All supplies are included in the program. Registration is required.
