Join us for a special Summer Reading Challenge program: Join local artist Kelsey Phillips and learn the basics of drawing with a ballpoint pen! This workshop will focus on teaching basic techniques for building values and shapes. This program is supported by Friends of Chandler Public Library. Read and earn prizes between June 1 and August 1 through the Summer Reading Challenge, Color Our World.
