Did you know July is National Ice Cream Month? Peoria Library and the Friends of the Library invite you to celebrate with an Ice Cream STEAM Party. We will begin the morning with a special Ice Cream-themed Storytime. After the storytime, we will “split” attendees into 3 Flavor Groups (Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry). Each group will rotate between 3 stations throughout the program. Enjoy a themed craft station, Photo Op station with Culver’s Custard Mascot “Scoopie”, and a Science Ice-cream-Making (and then eating) station. A Dairy Free Popsicle Option will be available. Please note this program is in place of Peoria Main’s regular Family Story Time and Bilingual Story Time.
