Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This is for all levels, beginners are welcome! No mat is needed. A chair will be provided for you, all you need to bring is a great attitude towards your own self-mastery and growth! Registration required.
This event is limited to the program: Adults (ages 18 and up)
